    Master Class – The evolution of athletes marketing
    Highlights of the first Master Class at AMOS London

    For this first edition of the London Masterclasses, second-year Bachelor students met at the Ahoy Centre to listen to the evolution of athlete marketing over the last 60 years.

    Led by Dan Smith, Co-Founder of Summus Sport Group, and David Smith, Olympic Games Paralympic Athlete, their conference started with a focus on the first athlete marketing partnerships and continued with legacy marketing in sport.

    The talk resumed with a vision on athlete marketing today including the digital revolution as well as an overview of upcoming developments in sports marketing such as social channels, cause marketing and women in sport.

    The MasterClass ended with David's deeply emotional testimony, a speech that will resonate for a long time in our minds.
