STUDY THE BACHELOR IN SPORTS PROFESSIONS PROGRAMME

The Bachelor career in Sports is aimed at students wishing to complete a short but professional course in order to quickly enter the job market, by combining the acquisition of essential sport management knowledge and professional experience.

THE COURSE IS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:

  • Knowledge of both the business and sport worlds.
  • The acquisition of essential knowledge in general culture, economics, finance, all pertaining to sport management.
  • International opportunities with part of the course taking place abroad

DURATION: 3 years

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma

PARALLEL ADMISSIONS: Subject to terms and conditions

CERTIFICATION: European certifications recognised with the title of Sport Marketing and Event Manager registered at the National Register of Professional Certifications, Level 6 (JO of 02/14/2020).

1st YEAR
FOCUSING ON THE ESSENTIALS

The first year of the bachelor’s programme is an exceptional process, empowering the student by allowing him to develop his personality through applying his sport management knowledge and expertise, as well as acquiring a range of professional and soft skills throughout the year.

IT IS THE YEAR OF DISCOVERY AND ACQUISITION OF FUNDAMENTAL SPORT MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE.

Our classes allow students to gain critical knowledge about the historical links between sport and culture, the political ends and economical background. Furthermore, they will learn about the role of creativity in entrepreneurship, as well as discover the many new jobs in the fast-growing digital world, which includes social networks, but also learn about marketing and communications.

YEAR 2

ACQUIRING SKILLS AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

The 2nd year of the programme furthers the empowerment process with daily total immersion in British culture and the anglo-saxon model of Sport management during a semester at the Amos London campus

THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE SEMESTER IN LONDON IS PRACTICISING ENGLISH. WITH UNIVERSITY LECTURES,  SEMINARS AND MANDATORY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES, MASTERING THIS LANGUAGE IS ESSENTIAL IN ALL SPORT MANAGEMENT JOBS.

The second semester in France focuses on individual coaching, legal and financial content and the contribution of human sciences. In addition to this, the semester will further your knowledge of sport digital as well as the world of communications with the growing role of community management.

In order to build the students professional project, a Pathway Assessment is set up which takes into account their independent development, their motivations to work abroad and their aims for the future, be it professional or educational.

YEAR 3
A FOCUS ON PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

The objective of the 3rd year is simple: to boost employability in sports-related professions and to prepare you for professional integration.

Our programmes aim to teach you how to put your sport management knowledge into practice in professional situations.

THE THIRD YEAR CONSISTS OF MORE SIMULATIONS, MORE MEETINGS WITH SPORT PROFESSIONALS AND MORE CASE STUDIES.

In the third year, marketing, management, law and economics are studied in connection with real-life sport organisation situations, or those of, events or club management problems.
