The Lumière brothers' first film was created in Lyon in 1895 with sports and a sack race, before the city hosted the "Sport, Cinema & Literature" Festival of which AMOS is a partner. At the foot of the Croix Rousse, Canuts de la soie territory, the school has embedded its links with the new economic models of sports business: from the private Lyon Wall to the OL Groupama Stadium and the Parker Academy, AMOS Lyon has it all.

LYON, A RICH SPORTS HERITAGE
The Lyon school, fully immersed in the sports, economic and cultural landscape of the first city created in France, shines on the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Region while attracting students from 50 French regions.
It has chosen to create its professional network amongst prestigious clubs, such as OL, ASVEL, LOU, as well as others on the rise, like the Ice Hockey Lyons (Magnus League) or the LBF (Female Basketball Lyon) bought by Tony Parker.
A new "economic and societal model of sport" is emerging in Lyon. With private contributions and city support, an innovative model that anticipates the future development of the sport spectacle (the totally private Stade de l'OL or Gerland with LOU and GL Events, The Parker Academy).
At the same time this new model builds and supports popular and intergenerational events such as Run in Lyon, Run for Women, etc., that contribute to job creation, one of AMOS’ main aims.

A ‘UNIVERSITY FOOTBALL CHAMPION’ CAMPUS
AMOS helps students achieve their goals, but this is only possible with their cooperation.
Whether the Student or Sports Office, which organise friendly sports meetings; students are really able to become a part of the sports environment. AMOS Lyon was the university football champion and organised the 1st Business School Golf Tournament in Lyon with an unanimously acclaimed success on 3 city golf courses.
The Lyon staff have an enormous amount to offer; both academic and communicational skills as well as helping 1st year students in their search for internships and preparing them for their semester at AMOS London.
A journey that represents the beginning of an unprecedented professional adventure: you have an appointment with the future, and it’s at AMOS.

THE PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS AT THE HEART OF OUR COURSES REVOLVE AROUND THE IDEA THAT NOTHING IS AS MAGICAL AS SOMETHING THAT IS PHYSICAL AND FUN
- If learning the fundamentals of management, students are taking the necessary steps by getting involved in the carrying-out of an AMOS school event, such as a Golf Tournament or Futsal Final with high school students.
- If learning what the new sports business application fields are, students are taking the necessary steps by getting involved in the Lab to create Lyon’s first e-sports event.
- If learning from sports organisation managers, students are taking the necessary steps by working with “La Centrale du Sport” start-up to help the volunteer leaders become professional.

Our courses are available subject to passing an entrance examination which consists of a general culture test, a writing test, an English test and an interview where you will be asked to support your application.
