Learning in the field
Hands-on experience rooted in the realities of the profession
At AMOS Sport Business School, professional experience sits at the heart of our teaching. From the very start of their studies, our students build their skills through real-world scenarios, projects run with partner sports organisations, professional experience placements (EP), masterclasses, sporting events and immersions within the sports business ecosystem.
This hands-on approach allows our students to gain genuine professional expertise, build their professional network and strengthen their employability throughout their studies.
Immersive projects
Entrepreneurship Days (JDE)
Over one or several days, students take on a challenge built around an issue drawn from the world of sport, events or innovation.
Working in teams, they come up with a concept, build a project, develop a strategy and present their recommendations to a panel of guest lecturers and industry professionals.
Whether they are imagining the Olympic Games of tomorrow, designing an innovative sporting event or responding to a social challenge in sport, students work in the real conditions of creating and developing a project.
Masterclasses
Throughout the year, AMOS welcomes company directors, entrepreneurs, marketing managers, sport business experts, athletes and leading figures from the sports industry for exclusive masterclasses.
These sessions give students a behind-the-scenes look at sports organisations, a clearer understanding of how the sector is evolving, and the chance to talk directly with professionals about their careers, their roles and the challenges they face day to day.
Professional Experience placements (EP)
A hallmark of the AMOS approach, the EP placements allow students to take part in organising and developing major sporting events alongside well-established partners in the sector.
Marketing, events, communications, hospitality, partner relations, activations, logistics and project management: the assignments entrusted to students immerse them in the operational reality of sport business.
Thanks to the AMOS partner network, students work every year on competitions, events and initiatives run by major players in French sport.
