The ability to be versatile and show an interest in the organisation, working with a wide range of different audiences such as children, adults, volunteers, professionals, elected officials and partners. Self-reliance and independence are also required as well as flexible working hours, such as during weekends and on holidays. Geographical mobility may also be necessary.
