The ability to be versatile and show an interest in the organisation, working with a wide range of different audiences such as children, adults, volunteers, professionals, elected officials and partners. Self-reliance and independence are also required as well as flexible working hours, such as during weekends and on holidays. Geographical mobility may also be necessary.

Knowledge of the sport and the club as well.
As a sense of organisation and team management are all essential to thrive in this job. You must be creative and focused on communication as well as having mastered a foreign language.
