For sport enthusiasts dreaming of new horizons, the International Grande École Programme prepares you for the sport of tomorrow in collaboration with our partner universities. International sport with projects all over the world, the development of new markets and the positioning of international brands, access to the practice of sport in emerging countries.

The PROGRAMME IS built around 3 Concepts:

  • Whether for professional sports, major events or sport policies, the possibilities for an international export of sport management skills are vast.
  • The international master’s programme prepares students to pursue international careers.
  • This programme was designed by AMOS in collaboration with our partner universities on all 5 continents.

DURATION : 5 years

REQUIRED LEVEL : High School Diploma or equivalent level

PARALLEL ADMISSIONS : Subject to conditions

CERTIFICATION : European certifications recognised with the title of Sport Marketing and Event Manager registered at the National Register of Professional Certifications, Level 6 (JO of 02/14/2020) and the title of Manager of Sport Organisations registered at the National Register of Professional Certifications, Level 7 (JO 03/17/16).

INTERNATIONAL MASTER'S PROGRAMME

YEAR 1
At the heart of the competition with its Stakeholders

The 1st year of the programme marks a break with high school academic approaches and the discovery of an approach focused on professional experience.

STUDENTS WILL UNDERSTAND SOCIETAL ISSUES AND SPORT BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN FRANCE AND WORLDWIDE AS SOON AS THEY START THIS CYCLE.

Classes are taught by sport business professionals in addition to teachers who focus on more conventional subjects (finance, marketing, law), combining knowledge of French sports, its cultural roots, its local and national marketing and its success with major high-level clubs. This base will be enriched by experiences in the field (both volunteering and internships).

Your first contact with an international setting is scheduled in the first year with an integration session at AMOS London.

INTERNATIONAL MASTER'S PROGRAMME

YEAR 2
London
A Springboard for international experience

The 2nd year includes a semester at AMOS London where English classes are complemented by sport management classes, and students will have the opportunity to visit infrastructures (Stamford Bridge, London Olympic Stadium, etc.) as well as meeting arena managers. In addition to sporting experiences, we offer managerial and commercial experiences within the British economy outside of sport.

THE SEMESTER IN LONDON HELPS ADD TO YOUR CV. YOU WILL STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD WITH PROFESSIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL REFERENCES, RANGING FROM VIP HOSTING TO EXPERIENCING PREMIER LEAGUE COMPETITIONS, 6 NATIONS TOURNAMENTS OR NBA GAMES.

The other semester in France will take you further in understanding global, economic will look at in depth and help you to understand global, economic and societal models of sport, with lessons and master classes. These contributions and experiences make it possible to clarify students’ choices on international destinations and to rely on feedback from the network of Alumni working abroad.

INTERNATIONAL MASTER'S PROGRAMME

YEAR 3
AN INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE FROM THE USA TO AUSTRALIA

The 3rd year of the International Master’s Programme begins with a semester abroad at a partner university. From The USA to Australia, the choices are numerous and are based on the professional orientation of students.

IN ADDITION TO THIS UNIQUE EXPERIENCE, THE 3RD YEAR ALSO INCLUDES THE FIRST LONG-TERM PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN AN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT.

The 3rd year programme includes more role-playing, meetings with sport professionals, case studies, lectures, etc.

In this process, they discover the growing importance of data in sport management, with particular reference to Paris and Anglo-Saxon-inspired games, the insurance and financial backgrounds of major sporting events, Olympic management as well as having the opportunity to enhance their digital skills.

INTERNATIONAL MASTER'S PROGRAMME

YEAR 4
BECOME AN EXPERT IN SPORT MANAGEMENT ON AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

AMOS offers a 2-year programme, the Masters in Global Sports Business, focused on three continents which have been emblematic in the development of sport management: Europe, Asia and North America.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAMME IS TO MAKE YOU AN EXPERT IN INTERNATIONAL SPORT MANAGEMENT, IN PARTICULAR BY MASTERING THE CULTURAL, GEOPOLITICAL AND ECONOMIC DIVERSITY OF EVERY CONTINENT AND BY UNDERSTANDING SPORT MANAGEMENT INNOVATIONS FROM AROUND THE GLOBE.

In the 4th year, your classes are focused on the sport business approach in Europe and Asia with the following objectives:

  • Understanding commerce, the economy and the sport market on a European scale.
  • Opening up to Asia, studying the specifics of the Asian market and identifying international business opportunities related to this market. 
  • Studying developments, trends, innovations and changes in sport, practice of sports and sport intake patterns in different European countries.

You will spend 4 weeks in Beijing and Shanghai (China) and you will be immersed in sport business and Asian culture. You will actively participate in thematic classes and lectures and meet sport stakeholders in the Chinese market.

INTERNATIONAL MASTER'S PROGRAMME

YEAR 5
JOBS AND A GLOBAL PLAYING FIELD

This last year of the Global Sports Business Masters takes place at the AMOS London campus. Classes focus on learning about Anglo-Saxon sports business with the following objectives:

IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO BEGIN STUDYING AT ONE OF OUR PARTNER UNIVERSITIES FOR EITHER A SEMESTER OR A YEAR. DEPENDING ON THE CHOSEN PARTNER UNIVERSITY, YOU CAN OBTAIN A DOUBLE CERTIFICATION.


This 5th year ends with 6 months of work experience abroad and the completion of your research paper in English that you will defend in front of an examination board.

  • Investigating a vision of sport business and its major developments in the USA and across the North American continent.
  • Discovering innovations and new American developments in the sport business sector
  • Learning about the latest trends in sport project design and management.

You will spend 4 weeks in Chicago, USA, immersed in American sport business. You will attend thematic classes and lectures, meet US sport professionals and participate in the organisation of sporting events. You will have the opportunity to visit Chicago and the chance to practice American sports.
